Each X-Reflow306 Oven is equipped with an exhaust shut-off valve to keep the fumes inside the oven during the heating cycle.
Once the cooling air enters, the exhaust valve opens and the oven is flushed with fresh cold air.
If air is to be returned to the room, the oven exhaust port needs to be connected to a HEPA filtration unit. The X-306A FumeExtract offered by the X-KAR Brand is an excellent choice.
The Advanced Cooling System in this model, when connected to a pressurized air line (known as shop air), cools the soldered PCB's at much a quicker rate than is possible in regular ovens. This provides improved reliability of soldering connections and improved safety for the Operators handling the boards.
