Separate Type of Top Hood and Bottom Collector
The IPC40-E generates stable ionized air within its large hood and then sprays powerful air from its flexible nozzles to blow off foreign matter. The foreign matter that has been blown off is compulsorily collected by a dust collector to maintain a clean workplace.
Features
- The hood that enables effective use of the limited workspace and the dust collector are separated.
- An infrared sensor automatically controls dust removal air, so it can be operated with one hand, whereby boosting efficiency.
- The air blow time can be adjusted between 0.5 and 5 seconds. (Initial setting is 3 seconds.)
- FLEXIBLE AIR NOZZLE. The air nozzle can make fine adjustment to the direction of the air blower.
- Hood opening is W450×H220mm, which supports wide work pieces.
- Transparent acrylic sheet used for the ceiling, making the inside of the hood bright and easier to operate.
- Installed with a small powerful ionizer (static electricity eraser), mini fan type, SDJ-08.
Applications
Ion-cleansing of products (removing static electricity and dust), removal of static electricity and dust from a wide range of plastic trays, etc. removing dust from plastic processed parts before painting or packaging, removing static electricity and dust from plastic covers and the clear covers of lights, etc. and for absorbing dust generated from peeling off or attaching liquid crystal film, etc.
