Features
Compact size combined powerful de-soldering gun and temperature
control soldering station shows great efficiency for assembly and maintenance work with
accurate temperature control.
Soldering Iron Unit
- QUICK INITIAL HEAT UP SHORTER RECOVERY TIME
Sensor built-in ceramic heater provides superior heating and heat
recovery during heavy soldering. 'Closed loop' temperature control system ensures
greater temperature stability. Greater component safety-Ceramic heater has
100MOhm I.R.
- SIMPLE TEMPERATURE SETTING
Accurate Temperature control with a range of 200 to 450°C Anti-noise
Zero-Volt Switching (Z.V.S.) ensures low noise greater component protection.
- RUBBER COVERED HANDLE
Handle is designed for easy grasp & restrain from heat conduction.
De-Soldering Gun Unit
- POWERFUL SUCTION
Built-in high power twin-pump (600mmHg.) designed for single and
multi-layer P.C.B. When trigger is pressed, the wattage of the heater is boosted
to offset the cooling effect of the air flow through the nozzle. After the
trigger is released, the vacuum pump continues for 0.5. sec. to ensure all
solder is removed from the nozzle.

- PRECISE TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Closed-loop temperature control circuit provides accurate temperature

80W ceramic heater provides fast heat up, fast heat recovery and high
insulation resistance.
Tip / Nozzle Temperature Stability
The characteristic curve has been derived with thermo-couple fit at tip
and melting solder consecutively on 5x5mm sized trace layout of
P.C.B. (TIP:PX-2RT-B
/ TP-100N-10).
