Safety

• The pressurized air must be clean and dry
• Cut the power supply before you do cleaning and maintenance. if cleaning the air gun with alcohol or other solvent, wait until the gun fully dries before is connected to the power source and used.
• Do not open and repair this high voltage device by yourself if you are not a qualified technician.

Calibration

AI-P3 ionizing air gun is very reliable.

To calibrate and/or verify the calibration the charge plate analyzer is used to measure decay times at various distances.

Suggested check interval: once per year.

We have calibration lab and can calibrate the guns for our clients and issue Calibration Certificates including voltage decay printouts from Trek Charge Plate Analyzer.
