XmR-Micro offers unique combination of convection and conduction
tools. This digital newest system in the industry offers total process
control and best performance and accuracy. It is simple and easy to use.
It has a wide range of air flow (0,5 to 4.5 l/min), indestructible
heater and quiet operation. XmR-Micro is very accurate and has precisely
controlled and user-adjustable temperatures of both Hot Air Pencil for
non-contact soldering and Iron for contact soldering. This is possible
because the unit has unique, set by the user offset independent
for each program setting. This is not found in any other tool in the
industry. The setting may involve not only temperature, but also
specific nozzle, and required for a particular task air flow. ESD safe.
Both hand pieces equipped with non burn cords and air lines. A powerful
controller offers functions like standby modes or individually
adjustable offsets, which allow for setting exact temperatures at a
working point. The temperature sensor for the soldering iron is attached
directly to the tip, which guarantees accurate feedback for temperature
control. PID control optimizes power delivery to the heaters, minimizing
overshot and extending heaters and tools life. Desired
temperature settings (up to 40 for each tool) can be stored in the
internal memory for different tasks and recalled quickly to guarantee
process control and repeatability.
The tool covers the full spectrum of temperatures, which can be
precisely adjusted without the necessity to change cartridges.
Designed and ready for lead free soldering. ESD safe and equipped with
non burn cords and air lines. Metal, indestructible housing guarantees
long service for years to come. Ideal for rework, development
laboratories and all places where smallest footprint in the industry and
not found in other tools accuracy and repeatability is required.
