We need the card type, card number, name as it appears on the card, expiration date and the address that the credit card bill comes to for verification.
- Deposit payment order
Personal or company check. We will wait for the check to clear before shipping your order unless we have received and approved a credit application in your name. Additional $15.00 of handling charge will apply for any check returned to us. Any credit on your account resulting from sending a deposit for merchandise you can use towards your next order.
- Bank wire transfer
If you want to use wire transfer, please include $17.50 to cover our bank service charge.
- To apply for Net 30 days
We will need the following information to process your application for Net 30 days
- A completed credit application. One will be sent to you upon request
- 3 company references with phone number, fax number and contact person
- Bank account number, phone number, fax number and authorization for your bank to release your account information to us
- Orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Actual shipping time depends on availability and credit verification. In the event of any delays, every effort will be made to contact you. If the delay is due to partial or complete backorder, you will receive notice by fax and e-mail and will be offered the choice to remain on backorder, substitute another item, or cancel your order (if you wish to cancel and you have prepaid for the order, we will send you a refund within 7-14 days).
- The standard shipping carrier is UPS Ground for domestic orders or your choice of other carriers at your own expense. For overseas orders, we will ship according to your instructions.
- For correct shipping and handling charges, please e-mail or fax our office at any time.
- Shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice.
- You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on Bomir Inc. Damaged shipment from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damaged after the driver has left, keep all packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier
- We can ship to customers temporary addresses which are different from regular shipping address but we are not responsible for errors in shipment
- A copy of the complete warranty is included with the product.
- Should you have any problems or questions, please contact us directly. If , for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and labor charges) within 3 days, subject to Return Authorization from Bomir Inc. Should you have to return an item, please secure a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to returning your product. Shortages, incorrect products or defects must be reported within 3 days.
- Returns are subject to a restocking fee, depending on the condition of goods and packaging materials.
- Should any damage be present upon receipt of your order, you should not accept shipment and mark the package "refused". Contact us immediately if you experience any concealed damage.
- For an RA# on returns:
- Fax us at 570.842.4290 . All returns require an authorization number. Please note that an RA# does not guarantee final disposition; all returns are subject to inspection
- All exchange/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. If you do, we will unfortunately have to charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns
- Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by us clearly on the outside of the shipping carton
- Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be subject to an automatic restocking charge
- Please ship your parcel back to us prepaid. We suggest you use UPS Ground Service "Insured". We cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
